BUSINESS MANAGER
Her first real job was working as a nurse’s aide. Now Lugene Bernard is our Business Manager and the go-to person for keeping Factory running on a daily basis. Which kind of fits, when you stop and think about it. In between, she switched from healthcare to business, working as a bookkeeper for an auto dealership, office manager for a chain of retail stories and business manager at Bond Films, a Michigan film and video production company working with Toyota, Jeep and Ford. Happily married, she tells us, and the mother of four grown children (if you don’t count the dogs), Lugene is an avid golfer, gardener and outdoorswoman. She joined the Factory team late in 2013, when we very much needed someone to help take care of us. Which she does.
